"I cannot say enough great things about Ava Laurenne Bride! From the moment you walk in, you feel as if you are the most important person in the store. Patience was my consultant and she was phenomenal. She listened to everything I liked and didn't like. The first dress she put me in was jaw dropping and had my mother in law, sister in law, and best friend crying. She made sure my best friend and SIL were put on a phone stand so they could attend virtually! What really made a huge impression on me is there was a specific dress in the store that I wanted to try on. She made sure to let me know that while she would happily grab it, but it was out of the budget I had told her and she would leave it up to me about trying it on. Rather than blindly putting me in it and then feeling upset it was out of range. To me, this was so professional. It wasn't about "making a sale" and leaving a bride upset about a dress with a price tag above range. It is truly about finding a dress that you love and are happy with. I really loved that Patience described it as "we want you to fall in love with the dress just like you fell in love with your fiance". Patience was so sweet and energetic, everybody who came along to my appointment loved her. I felt like she truly listened whenever I loved or didn't like certain design aspects on a dress. Even the "wild card" she pulled was beautiful and was a close contender for being my dress. There was never any pressure to pick a dress! Patience even asked if I needed a minute to take a break in between dresses. There was never a rush at all. I completely fell in love with the very first dress Patience put me in and said yes to my dress here!
There is so much thought and love put into your appointment here, even if you don't find your dress. When you hear the story of how Ava Laurenne came to be and the love story behind it, it is even sweeter. Your experience is truly wonderful. However, if you do say yes there is a completely different side of the building to celebrate in! I won't spoil any of the extras for future brides, but it made celebrating even more special. I highly recommend any bride come check out this store, you will NOT be disappointed!!!"
